We offer an industry-leading client contact centre, with a dedicated help desk and contact hub manned by trained operators 24 hours a day, seven days a week, from our Macquarie Park HQ.
Our help desk receives and manages the requests from our clients, with subsequent issue of work orders, electronically to our employees and contractors. The onsite response times and completion of the work is also electronically recorded to ensure we meet contractual requirements and KPIs with our clients.
